With a rapidly growing portfolio and team, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our expanding operations and ensure an exceptional employee experience.

Role Overview

The Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in driving HR operations and executing recruitment for senior, technical, and corporate roles across the organization. This position requires a detail-oriented, resourceful, and people‑focused professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

You will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration to employee engagement and policy coordination—ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and AHS Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various departments (corporate, development, project management, design, operations).
  • Source high‑caliber candidates through Workable, social platforms, agencies, and networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling for hiring managers.
  • Support offer preparation, reference checks, and pre‑onboarding compliance.
  • Maintain structured candidate pipelines and keep Workable ATS fully updated.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital HR files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate visa processing, onboarding documentation, and orientation schedules.
  • Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support initiatives related to performance management, engagement, and HR programs.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries.
  • Help organize internal events, training, and development activities.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare recruitment dashboards, HR reports, and analytics as required.
  • Ensure timely document renewals (visas, contracts, licenses).
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive HR data at all times.
