We are at a key moment in how we scale performance marketing across our markets.

We are building in-house capabilities to take greater ownership of our acquisition strategy, execution, and long-term growth. This role will be central to that journey.

We鈥檙e looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own acquisition performance in South Africa, while helping shape how we leverage opportunities across multiple markets. This is not just a channel management role - it鈥檚 a builder role.

You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, manage and grow a team, and play a key role in building a high-performing, in-house function from the ground up.

What You鈥檒l Be Doing

Own the performance strategy

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Define and execute the performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google and beyond).

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Own key acquisition metrics: FTDs, CPA, New User NGR, LTV and overall channel efficiency.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Shift optimisation from short-term CPA to long-term customer value.

Drive execution and performance

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Stay close to daily campaign performance and optimization.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Step into hands-on execution when needed.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure best-in-class campaign setup, tracking and reporting.

Build and lead the team

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Hire, manage and develop Performance Marketing Specialists.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Create a high-performance culture with clear ownership and accountability.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Set the structure for a scalable in-house function.

Manage partners and stakeholders

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage external partners, platforms and commercial relationships.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with Product, Data and Marketing teams.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Deliver clear weekly and monthly performance reporting to stakeholders.

Build for scale

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Contribute to expanding performance marketing into new markets over time.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help define how performance marketing operates across the group.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Continuously improve processes, tools and ways of working.
