Senior Sales Manager (Defence) (m/f/x)

to convert defence opportunities into revenue and long-term strategic accounts.

Your main tasks in this journey:

  • Own and progress a pipeline of defence opportunities from qualification to close, maintaining accurate CRM forecasting.
  • Drive new business through structured outreach: identify prospects, secure meetings, and convert to qualified pipeline.
  • Report on pipeline health, sales KPIs, and deal progress for internal reviews and investor updates.
  • Represent the company at industry events and lead customer meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and delivery teams on technical proposals and order execution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and procurement signals within target accounts.
  • Build and manage multi-level relationships across procurement, engineering, and programme stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate, timely CRM (Salesforce) updates to support weekly reporting.
