Senior Sales Manager (Defence) (m/f/x)
to convert defence opportunities into revenue and long-term strategic accounts.
Your main tasks in this journey:
- Own and progress a pipeline of defence opportunities from qualification to close, maintaining accurate CRM forecasting.
- Drive new business through structured outreach: identify prospects, secure meetings, and convert to qualified pipeline.
- Report on pipeline health, sales KPIs, and deal progress for internal reviews and investor updates.
- Represent the company at industry events and lead customer meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and delivery teams on technical proposals and order execution.
- Monitor competitor activity and procurement signals within target accounts.
- Build and manage multi-level relationships across procurement, engineering, and programme stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, timely CRM (Salesforce) updates to support weekly reporting.
