We’re recruiting an SEO & AEO Lead to drive the strategy that grow organic discovery across search engines and LLM answer surfaces. Own the roadmap for technical SEO, content structure and search visibility, ensuring the website architecture and page templates support both discovery and conversion across existing and new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Defining SEO and AEO strategy across priority markets and queries.
  • Owning the SEO roadmap including page types, structured content and internal linking.
  • Working with Tech to deliver the technical SEO backlog and CMS requirements.
  • Driving search visibility across traditional search engines and LLM answer surfaces.
  • Supporting content planning and ensure SEO best practices across all organic pages.
  • Partnering with CRO and Paid Media teams to improve landing page performance.
