Descripción de la oferta Buscamos: El trabajo de Telefonista/ Telephone Operator se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando: Es responsable de responder las llamadas entrantes tanto internas como externas de forma amable y atenta. Las listas de teléfonos están actualizadas. Garantiza que se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados. Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del propio equipo y de otros departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes. Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: responder las llamadas entrantes procedentes de dentro y fuera del hotel de forma amable y atenta. Recibir y comunicar los mensajes recibiodos a los clientes, gestionar las solicitudes de los huéspedes, atender las solicitudes de despertador automático, gestionar las llamadas de Home Delivery/Room Service y aegurarse que se produce un servicio ágil y eficaz. Mantener actualizada la lista de teléfonos con el personal nuevo y de las bajas, conocer los procedimientos de emergencia. Mantenerse actualizado sobre las promociones, productos y eventos del hotel. What we are looking for: The job of Telefonista/ Telephone Operator is successfully executed when: The incumbent in this position is responsible for answering all incoming calls originating from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and caring manner. Telephone lists are up to date. Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled. Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests. Usual job responsibilities include: Answer incoming calls from within and outside the hotel in a friendly and attentive manner. Receive and pass on messages to guests, handle guest requests, deal with wake-up call requests, manage Home Delivery/Room Service calls, and ensure that service is provided promptly and efficiently. Keep the telephone directory up to date with new staff and departures, and be familiar with emergency procedures. Keep up to date with the hotel’s promotions, products and events. Requisitos Requisitos: La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades: Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea. Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus. Conocimientos de PMS Opera. Alta orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados. Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo. Gran conocimiento de la isla de Ibiza y su lifestyle. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma. Requirements The person we are looking for, must have the following qualities: Openminded, EU Citizenship and studies suitable for the position. Speak Spanish and English.
