Willow is seeking a high-impact Territory Sales Manager to lead our expansion across South Florida. Based anywhere from Boca Raton to Miami, you will help build our physical presence from the ground up, managing a network of kiosks operating from 10 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday. After establishing a strong digital brand, we are now bringing our mission into the real world, and we need a leader to scale this territory from day one.

What you'll do

  • Carry an individual sales target while managing performance across up to ~10 kiosk locations

  • Hire, train, and develop Health Sales Consultants across assigned locations

  • Drive enrollment and sales goals through hands-on coaching, regular kiosk check-ins, and holding your team to clear performance standards

  • Develop your people intentionally, identifying growth opportunities and creating a culture where high performers want to stay and improve

  • Model the sales behaviors you expect from your team; you lead from the floor, not from behind a desk

  • Track location-level performance and implement improvements in real time

  • Plan, promote, and execute field events across your territory with minimal corporate support

  • Ensure consultants are using slow-traffic periods productively through digital outreach and engagement activities

  • Report to national leadership on territory health, staffing, and results

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years in field sales or retail sales leadership with a demonstrated record of hitting numbers while developing others.

  • 2–3 years building and managing small teams of sales consultants, with a track record of retention and performance.

  • Experience in direct sales, kiosk, pop-up, or field-based environments: you understand how to sell without an inbound lead.

  • Comfortable being on the floor at all times; this is not a desk job.

  • Proven ability to organize and execute events independently.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to move between locations.

  • Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
