About ScaleSource + The Role

We are building focused, fast-moving vertical growth teams that can take one role, one niche, or one customer type and turn it into a contract-generating machine.

That is where you come in.

As a Vertical Growth Operator, you will own one ScaleSource vertical like it is your own mini-business.

You are the builder.
You are the operator.
You are the funnel owner.
You are the accountability driver.
You are the person making sure the damn thing actually produces contracts.

This role is part funnel builder, part automation nerd, part revenue operator, part recruiting coordinator, part team leader, and part entrepreneur.

You will be expected to build the system, track the numbers, improve the funnel, use AI and automation aggressively, coordinate sales and recruiting, and hit real contract targets.

This is not for someone who wants a perfect playbook.

This is for someone who can build the playbook while moving fast.

You will be able to add two team members to your pod as the vertical gets moving. Those team members may support sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or fulfillment depending on what the vertical needs most.

The job is simple:

Build the vertical.
Generate leads.
Book qualified calls.
Build the candidate pool.
Help close contracts.
Track everything.
Fix what breaks.
Repeat until the machine works.

Number-Driven Targets

First 90 Days

Within your first 90 days, you are expected to:

  • Build the core vertical funnel and tracking system
  • Launch lead generation for your assigned vertical
  • Build CRM visibility from lead source to booked call to signed contract
  • Build ATS/candidate visibility from applicant to client-ready candidate
  • Build or improve at least 5 funnel automations
  • Create a weekly scorecard and dashboard for the vertical
  • Generate first leads within the first 30 days
  • Have qualified candidates in the pool by Day 60
  • Generate 6 new scaler contracts by Day 90

The Day 90 target is not decorative.

It is the make-or-break target for this seat.

After 90 Days

After the first 90 days, the vertical should consistently produce:

  • 4+ new scaler contracts per month
  • Less than 14 days from demo to onboarding
  • Clean CRM and ATS tracking
  • Weekly funnel tests
  • Clear candidate readiness
  • Consistent lead generation
  • Clear reporting on what is working, what is broken, and what is being fixed
