Job description Join our team as Warehouse Operations Coordinator Netherlands At SanLucar, fresh products require flawless logistics. To ensure smooth warehouse operations and strong collaboration with our logistics partners in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinato r to join our team in Ridderkerk . In this role, you will support the daily coordination of external warehouses, ensuring that working orders, capacities, costs and quality standards are managed efficiently — always with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset. Your passion – our daily business You will support the daily control and follow-up of working orders, loading plans and outbound operations with external warehouse service providers. You will act as a contact point for Product and Sales teams regarding working orders, deviations and related costs. You will follow up on operational incidents, complaints and claims, supporting root cause analysis and corrective measures. You will conduct regular warehouse rounds to monitor performance, process efficiency and quality standards. You will support daily production coordination by aligning capacity planning, priorities and urgent orders. You will assist in tracking operational warehouse costs and supporting basic cost analysis. You will support the Warehouse Operations Director with reporting, KPI monitoring and coordination of daily topics. You will contribute to process optimization initiatives, KPI dashboards and standardization of warehouse processes. You will support supply chain projects aimed at improving capacity transparency, data quality and collaboration with external partners. Why become a SanLucarian? Requirements What you’ll bring along Studies in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar. Advanced Dutch and English; Spanish, Polish or German are a plus. 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics coordination. Solid understanding of warehouse processes, capacity planning and KPIs. Experience with ERP and WMS systems (AX, SAP, Navision Locus, Boltrics…) and strong MS Office skills; Power BI is a plus. A structured, analytical and proactive working style with strong communication skills. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic operational environment.
