The Media Planning Executive plays a key supporting role to Media Planners, assisting the team in understanding audiences through proprietary tools, clients’ first‑party data, syndicated research, and close collaboration with the analytics team. They support campaign planning and delivery by working closely with publishers, adtech partners, and internal channel specialists, while helping respond to client queries related to live and ongoing campaigns.
In this role, the Media Planning Executive supports the coordination, organization, and execution of digital marketing activities in partnership with local teams and external agencies. Some of the things we’d like you to do:

- Support the Planning Manager in the accurate and timely launch of campaigns
- Coordinate with channel specialists to produce regular performance reports for ongoing campaigns
- Contribute insights and analysis to campaign wrap-up presentations
- Manage creative specification sheets, cooperate with external creative agencies and ensure accurate implementation.
- Support day-to-day campaign delivery across the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure strong quality control and on-time campaign delivery
A bit about yourself:

- Strong interest in how people engage with brands, media, and technology, and a passion for all things digital
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven, with strong follow-through

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and challenge the status quo
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams
- Native-level Japanese with business-level fluency in English
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office around four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
