Job Overview:

As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities, while also building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work directly with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies to understand their needs and position RemotePass’s platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use RemotePass for their global workforce needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how RemotePass can add value.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position RemotePass in the marketplace.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach.
