IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As our Account Manager, you need to identify, develop and commercialize new business typically via multiplication of successful existing or new developed applications at new (and existing) customers in China.

Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Develops sales plans; execute the orders and fulfil annual KPI target.

• Supervises and consolidates the accurate sales forecast by monthly.

• Opportunities management with CRM.

Strategic Tasks and Implementation

• Identifies key accounts and develops key account profiles.

• Implements the sales and marketing actions per key segments or accounts.

Product/Industry/Business Development

• Teamwork with AD/BD team to scout for new business opportunities and develop a business plan in the Growth Strategy and Key Accounts.

• Teamwork with AD/PM/R&D to develop new products and support its implementation.

Customer Management

• Fieldwork, seminars, presentations and attends to customers' inquiries.

• Provides prompt response related to quality, technical applications, inquiries, and other related issues; conducts customers' assessments and analysis.

• Aligns with AD/TS/CSR functions to solve customers' issues.

Credit Management

• Monitors the growth of the customers' business, reviews and coordinates with credit control to assure appropriate credit recommendations.

Marketing

• Implements pricing policy and supports product launch processes.

• Monitors and reviews marketing/promotion campaign execution.

• Supports public relations and marketing communication campaigns for related business.

Market Intelligence

• Conducts studies/analysis on market trend, competitors, products' applications and technology, service needs.
