This organization is a well-established player in the ERP reseller space, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. The team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering long-term value to its customers.   Position Overview  In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB clients, serving as their primary relationship manager and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business objectives, identifying opportunities to expand their technology footprint, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value.  This is a pure account expansion role with no cold calling or new business development responsibilities. You will inherit an established book of existing accounts and be empowered to build on those relationships from day one.  Key Responsibilities  Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing SMB clients
