Scope: An experienced Account Manager to act as the key contact between Equativ and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, seamless campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships, and the achievement of client orientated goals. This role requires excellent communication, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional client service and campaign performance.   ✍️ Key day-to-day responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as a senior point of contact for clients across the UK and Northern Europe markets Respond promptly to team and client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their strategies, needs, and objectives, ensuring Equativ’s solutions align with their goals. Attend and actively participate in client meetings and other key interactions.   Campaign Management: Oversee advertising campaigns from inception to completion, providing recommendations to meet or exceed client objectives. Collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, media solutions, and sales) to ensure smooth campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance and provide suggestions to optimise delivery and maximise results. Troubleshoot live campaigns and resolve issues proactively and efficiently.   Performance Optimization: Regularly strategise with team members to identify ways to improve campaign outcomes, aiming to position Equativ as a top-performing partner. Provide detailed delivery reports and recurring updates on campaign status. Assist with quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaigns.   RFP and Strategic Support: Collaborate with the sales team to analyse client requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring a match between client needs and Equativ’s capabilities. Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions that meet client expectations.   Key Qualifications: Experience & Expertise:  3+ years of experience working within ad tech and/or media agency. Strong programmatic trading experience with experience with DSPs such as DV360 & TTD  A good working knowledge of and understanding of online/ programmatic advertising Experience running full funnel campaigns across Display, Video, CTV formats and overseeing multi-market activations is a big plus Preferred experience working with curation tools, building and troubleshooting A proven ability to manage multiple client expectations across various industries at one time A working knowledge of managing campaigns across all programmatic buy types such as PMP, PG and Managed Service.    Skills: ·       Strong organizational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion and with attention to detail ·       Strong analytical/excel skills to identify trends and opportunities  ·       Knowledge of working with, or with the ability to use internal troubleshooting tools ·       Excellent communication and presentation skills ·       Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
