WINGS is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Supervisor to join its growing team!

Our company, with a focus on strengthening its financial operations, is seeking an Accounting Supervisor who will contribute to the creation, organization, and development of the accounting department.
The role reports to the CFO and involves close collaboration in the design and monitoring of financial processes, as well as with the company’s Management, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Organization and development of the accounting department.
• Design, implementation, and monitoring of accounting procedures, policies, and internal controlling.
• Coordination, guidance, and development of the accounting team.
• Supervision of the proper maintenance of accounting books and compliance with the applicable legal and tax framework.
• Preparation and review of periodic and annual financial statements.
• Collaboration with Management to provide reliable financial reports and analyses.
• Communication and coordination with external partners, auditors, tax advisors, and other consultants.
• Monitoring of cash flows, obligations, and payment processes.
