Responsibilities

• Develop and manage agricultural projects in collaboration with local farmers.
• Ensure the quality and sustainability of crops grown for the hotel kitchens.
• Research and implement eco-friendly farming practices.
• Coordinate training sessions for staff on sustainable farming and sourcing practices.
• Monitor soil and crop health and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain relationships with local producers and contribute to the hotel's farm-to-table philosophy.
