If so, we're looking for an ALM Expert to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Manage and support Assets and Liabilities Management (ALM) activities within the financial institution
Identify, assess, and monitor key ALM risks, including liquidity, capital, funding, and interest rate risk
Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as Basel, EBA, and ECB, including liquidity and capital requirements
Analyze and interpret balance sheet structure, key financial metrics, and performance indicators
Monitor and stay up to date with European regulatory developments
Collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to support financial activities
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
3+ years of previous experience on a similar role in financial institution
Advanced skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Ability to work well in English given very international environment
Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
Ability to work independently, as well as in the team, and take on new tasks with high level of responsibility
Initiative and proactive personality with motivation for learning and self-development
Willingness to learn fast and grow together with the company
