We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and service oriented Senior Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician. As a Noble Panacea Beauty Advisor & Aesthetician, you will represent the brand and offer in-depth knowledge of our products and technology. You will be responsible for sales performance, daily operations of counter with emphasis on performing facials, personalized customer service, clienteling, and follow up. You will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to achieve all customer service and sales targets. With your passion for people; the environment and company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and memorable in-store experience which educates, inspires, and delights them.
You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your team to ensure that the counter along with the treatment room meet Noble Panacea’s high standards of visual merchandising. Job Responsibilities
- Represent Noble Panacea, provide professional and personalized skincare consulting services for customers, accurately identify skin needs and recommend suitable products and skincare solutions.
- Master brand culture, product knowledge, efficacy and usage, explain products to customers in accordance with brand standards and conduct product demonstrations as required.
- Achieve the brand's monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets, actively develop new customers, maintain customer relationships, and improve customer loyalty and repurchase rate through refined follow-up services.
- Proficiently operate POS and various operation systems/reports, efficiently complete transaction processes, and accurately enter sales data and customer information into the brand management system.
- Maintain the counter image in accordance with the brand's visual display standards to ensure a clean, standardized and uniform display.
- Participate in the brand's offline activation and various trainings and create an exceptional in-store experience for customers with professional capabilities.
- Communicate actively with the Sales & Education Manager, timely feed back customer needs, market information and sales data, and put forward constructive suggestions for sales work.
- Abide by the brand's dress code, maintain a professional and polished personal image, and convey the brand's high-end and professional temperament with sincere and enthusiastic service.
- Conduct daily counter coaching on product knowledge, and role-playing exercises to keep the team sharp and motivated.
- Manage the team roster to ensure operation smoothly.

2. 精通品牌文化及产品知识、功效与使用方法,依品牌标准向顾客解说产品并进行产品示范;
3. 达成品牌月度 / 季度 / 年度销售目标,积极开发新顾客,维护顾客关系,通过精细化跟进提升顾客忠诚度与复购率;
4. 熟练操作 POS 及各类运营系统 / 报表,高效完成交易流程,准确录入销售数据与顾客信息至品牌管理系统;
5. 按品牌视觉陈列标准维护专柜形象,确保陈列整洁、规范、标准化;
6. 参与品牌线下活动及各类培训,以专业能力为顾客打造卓越的店内体验;
7. 积极与销售与培训经理沟通,及时反馈顾客需求、市场信息与销售数据,并对销售工作提出建设性建议;
8. 遵循品牌着装规范,保持专业精致的个人形象,以真诚热忱的服务传递品牌高端专业气质;
9. 每日与团队进行专柜产品知识培训和角色扮演练习,以保持团队的敏锐度和积极性;
10. 管理团队排班,确保营运顺畅。
