Hexa is building the infrastructure for exceptional entrepreneurs, wherever they are in their journey.
Our founding activity is a startup studio (Hexa Start): we create companies from scratch with outstanding founders, and support them intensively from idea to product-market fit. But we've grown beyond that. Hexa Sprint supports early-stage startups that already exist and need to accelerate hard. Hexa Scale works with more mature companies ready to go to the next level. Three distinct models, one shared ambition: back the right people and help them build something that lasts.
Earlier this year, we brought Tanguy Goretti on board as our CTO, a signal of where we're headed. He operates as a tech leader and ecosystem builder: supporting founders across our portfolio on technical decisions, pushing Hexa's employer brand in the engineering world, building partnerships with the best tools and labs out there, and helping early-stage CTOs level up. He's running a high-leverage function, and he's looking for someone to join him.
The role
You'll work directly alongside Tanguy and you're here to build!
What you'll actually do
Build internal tools that give our founders and core team an edge, on fundraising, recruiting, GTM. Launch agents that automate what slows us down.
Launch MVP for new startups alongside our partners, on the hottest topics, before there's a team. Short deadlines, fast shipping, real stakes. Probably the most exciting part of the job.
Support the Hexa tech ecosystem: our conferences with top labs, our CTO lunches with partners like Cloudflare or Vercel, and the community we're building around it.
What we're looking for
Recently graduated from a top engineering school
Deeply autonomous: you don't need hand-holding, you need a problem worth solving
Side projects that prove it. Cool ones.
AI-native: you use it in everything you touch, and it shows in what you've built in the last 6 months
TypeScript and/or Python.
Based in Paris (at least 3 days/week)

Package: €72K to €85K gross/year (base salary of €60K–€71K + 20% annual profit sharing)
