About snappi

At Snappi, we're building a neobank from the ground up. Our mission is to empower financial freedom through technology, offering innovative and transparent digital banking solutions.

Join us in reshaping the financial landscape!

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, your job is to help us build, fix, and improve our digital banking products and customer journeys. Working closely with the Product Owner, you’ll be the person who connects the dots between what the business needs, what our customers want, and how the technology actually works. You’ll make sure our digital tools—from everyday transactions to account management—are easy to use, follow all the rules, and run smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Gather the Details: Talk to people across the company—from the tech team to the legal experts—to figure out exactly what our digital products need to do. You’ll turn these big ideas into clear, step-by-step instructions (user stories, BRD & PRDs) that our designers and developers can follow.
  • Fix the Flow: Look at how customers use our digital features (like signing up for a service, moving money, or managing their profile). If something is confusing or slow, you’ll design a better, faster way to get it done.
  • Manage the List: Help the Product Owner keep the "to-do list" (product backlog) organized and up-to-date so the team is always working on the most important tasks.
  • Dive into the Data: Work with our data team to track how our products are performing. You’ll use these numbers to spot trends and help the team make smart decisions about what to build next.
  • Keep Everyone Connected: Act as the "translator" between the business side and the technical side. You'll be right there in the daily meetings and planning sessions, making sure everyone is on the same page.
  • Stay Safe & Compliant: Make sure our digital journeys follow all local and international rules (like GDPR and financial regulations). You’ll participate in reviews to ensure everything we launch is safe for our customers and the bank.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Technology.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in digital banking, fintech, or software services.
  • Skills: You’re great at breaking down complex problems into simple steps. You know how to write user stories and draw out process maps.
  • Mindset: You have a "can-do" attitude and a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy digging into data and finding ways to make things work better..
