Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Proven track record of work in securities or funds services’ industry

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial position ( managing people managers would be an asset ) in teams across different processes

  • Proven experience in managing processes dependent on other locations deliverables

  • Proven experience in planning, initiating and following through changes to meet objectives

  • Transfer Agent knowledge will be an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Accountability and client focused mindset with capability to work effectively in dynamic environment and to demonstrate initiative

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellence for core TA processes by participation in strategic TA initiatives, set objectives and defined vision to ensure level of service is in line with SLA and Client expectations

  • Ensure and control the quality of the delivered processes to be in line with compliance guidelines and regulations in order to provide beneficent the highest level of service according to SLA

  • Ensure the work of the department adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements as well as local guidelines to be in line with compliance standards expected operational risk level.

  • Ensure running cost of the department meets expected levels by controlling budget headcount , overtime, T&E costs etc.

  • Ensure all team members receive the necessary training, development and coaching to enhance their engagement with the company, strategy and facilitate their career progression.

  • Active participation in Transfer Agency strategic initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of assigned tasks and proper resources management

  • Builds and maintains business relationships with stakeholders and clients with the aim of  smooth and efficient cooperation internally and external parties.
