Business Solutions Architect

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Solutions Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your Tasks:

• Work within the agile process and take decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team;
• Typically supervise several business analysts;
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project;
• Interact and validate requirements with the business;
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain;
• Be involved in the decision-making process related to user stories scheduling into sprints;
• Review deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint;
• Organize live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint;
• Evaluate and facilitate progress reporting;
• Assist with internal and external communication by improving of transparency and dissemination of information;
• Evaluate prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs;
• Interact with business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers.
