About the Role

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Senior Associate to maximize our global property visibility across digital platforms. We are looking for a high-impact professional who excels at optimizing platform performance and making data-driven operational decisions to create the efficiencies necessary to scale our global operations across our business models.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Blueground properties across relevant booking and listing platforms using data from our internal database, ensuring optimal ranking, visibility, and content accuracy
  • Troubleshoot, test, and communicate platform issues and new feature requests to the Product team in a clear and timely manner
  • Participate in streamlining channel automation and optimizing processes, and conduct audits following the implementation 
  • Own performance outcomes for assigned markets and channels, translating data into prioritized action plans that drive measurable growth
  • Support channel marketing across Blueground's full operating model; owned, managed, and franchise properties - adapting communication, processes, and partner expectations to each model
  • Support the review and management of business partnerships in assigned cities, including involvement in negotiations and contract renewals
  • Participate in cross-functional team projects, including research of new channels, performance monitoring, and improvement of internal processes
  • Track and monitor the department's budget, ensuring timely and accurate payments to providers

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in channel management, OTA operations, account management, or marketplace distribution - ideally within the travel, hospitality, or tech sector 
  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or Travel & Tourism; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Excel 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing reports and translate data into actionable insights

Nice to have:

  • Solid understanding of the digital travel sector (listing platforms, classifieds, marketplaces, OTAs) is a strong plus
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter - whether for reporting, content generation, or workflow automation - and eager to bring new applications to the team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new platforms and tools
