Chief of Staff Internship
We are looking for a Chief of Staff intern that wants to build operating muscles, working closely with both strategy and execution. This is not an internship where you sit on the sidelines. At Redpine, you will work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO to keep the company running efficiently while tackling strategic initiatives that shape our trajectory. You will see how founders think, make decisions that impact our operations and culture, and own projects from conception to launch. Key responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Build systems and processes that keep us moving fast - from meeting coordination to project tracking and cross-team alignment. AI first.
Strategic Projects: Own initiatives that matter (compliance frameworks, market research, go-to-market planning) and see them through from concept to execution.
Marketing & Events: Coordinate product launches, events, and campaigns alongside the broader team, manage social presence and campaign execution.
Ad-hoc Priorities: Support commercial initiatives, investor relations, and leadership initiatives as they emerge - the role evolves with company needs.
Qualifications
High performer: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar field with a strong track record in academics or extracurriculars.
Operator mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, own problems end-to-end, and have a bias for action. You're not waiting for perfect information to move.
Clear communicator: You write and speak with precision, craft compelling narratives, and can translate strategy into action.
Judgment and intellectual curiosity: You ask smart questions, understand trade-offs, and have genuine interest in how startups work and how AI is reshaping industries.
Experience is a plus: Previous experience in startups, VC, consulting, or operational roles - or deep knowledge of finance, health, or tech - is a strong advantage.
Practicalities
3 months, start date to be defined with candidates.
Mainly onsite, with some flexibility.
This is a paid internship.
