The Construction Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to our Project Teams to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System throughout the construction phase.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for site teams in building works and ensuring construction is executed as per approved details and specifications.
  • Liaise directly with contractors and site teams to coordinate and to ensure compliance with the inspection process. Ensure that all works are inspected at hold points and that any issues raised are tracked and closed promptly.
  • Monitor and drive the closure of issues and defects. Assist site teams at construction completion stage to ensure all outstanding issues and defects are fully resolved before handover.
  • Lead the implementation of benchmark inspections at the initial stage of each key build phase, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Assist in conducting spot checks between hold points to verify that works are progressing correctly and to identify any deviations early.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and best practices with site teams.
  • Tracking of the base construction sign off to ensure efficient delivery of timber frame kits.
