That’s why we’re looking for a Content & Brand Manager whose mission will be to empower our brand and inbound strategy by designing and executing high-impact content that attracts, engages, and converts our audience. This role calls for someone who can turn ideas into compelling stories, elevate our presence in the DACH market, and drive measurable results across traffic, leads, and engagement. Are you ready for the challenge? About the role 🚀 We are seeking a marketeer to own the Content & Brand Strategy for Factorial’s German Market, both strategic and hands-on . During the first months, you’ll focus on building up a strategy that includes content creation and distribution on multiple channels and executing it with your team (you’ll lead a team of 3 people) while building a solid understanding of our audience and their needs. Your responsibilities will grow quickly as you take ownership of the long-term German content strategy and drive measurable impact across traffic, reach, engagement, and lead generation . You’ll need to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution , from strategic planning and creating content to analyzing performance and iterating on campaigns . In a few words: a mid-level, high-impact role for a hands-on marketer ready to own and scale Factorial’s content strategy, from quick wins to long-term impact, with autonomy and direct business results . What will you be doing: 1. Content Strategy & Distribution Leading content ideation and strategic direction. Owning the whole German content roadmap. Distribution planning across owned and external channels. 2. Brand Projects Ownership of brand awareness in the DACH market. Execution of local brand initiatives, including creative production and media/distribution planning and rollout. Drafting local stories for media coverage. Briefing internal stakeholders for guest articles and interviews. Acting as the point of contact for all social media activities across channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Ambassadors). Briefing video concepts and coordinating production. Alignment with internal teams and management of freelancers. 3. External Campaign Management Managing whitepaper campaigns, newsletter placements, advertorials, and mentions in software guides and directories. 3. Performance & Growth Adopt a growth-driven mindset; test, learn, and scale what works. Track and analyze performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion, CRM attribution). Use insights to influence future strategy and amplify the reach of successful initiatives. Collaborate with cross-market teams to share learnings and replicate best practices. Your Profile Excellent writing skills in German (fluid tone, strong storytelling, impeccable spelling). 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or B2B copywriting , ideally in SaaS or HR. You already have first Team Lead / Management experience. A true storyteller 😉 you know how to turn insights into content that connects, educates, and converts. Strong understanding of SEO and keyword optimization principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigor. Team-player mindset, curiosity, and proactivity. 💡 Bonus Skills Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress). Fluency in English ; Spanish is a plus . Familiarity with collaborative tools (Notion, Asana, Figma). A passion for HR, SaaS, or content marketing trends; you enjoy experimenting and staying ahead.
