Compensation: 41,000 OTE
We are seeking a Credit Control Specialist to join a high-performing team in a thriving work environment, commercially focussed.
The role requires close co-operation with our Finance and Commercial sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertaking a Commercial Credit Control role
- Conducting daily reconciliations and managing the collection process
- Handling aged debt and arrears management, ensuring accurate and timely month-end reporting.
- Engaging with client relationship manager resolve queries and maintain excellent relationships.
- Supporting the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes
- Running Monthly/Weekly Direct Debits
- Allocations of payments received
- Answering customer queries & requests
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- 2+ years experience in Credit Control/Accounts receivable, with a solid understanding of full-cycle AR processes.
- Strong organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Be resourceful and proactive. We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys having accountability and ownership while being part of a collaborative team
