You won't just follow workflows; you'll build them from scratch, measure what's working, and iterate fast. You'll use SQL, analytics tooling, and automation to do the work of a much larger team, and you'll feed the signals you pick up on the ground back into pre-sales and product. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems, speaks in data, and builds before things break.
