Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: This role is to help scale Arc’teryx’s strategic digital adoption platform that enables technology business users and teams to adopt digital transformation initiatives to meet & exceed the company’s strategic goals. Reporting to the SAP Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the platform is governed and used across the business, balancing day‑to‑day execution with longer‑term product vision. You will play a hands‑on ownership role of platform capabilities, and will have the opportunity to build processes, standards, and operating models that do not yet exist. You will help establish scalable governance, content standards and reusability, analyze usage patterns, and help extend the chosen digital adoption platform across Arc’teryx as the tool of choice. You will work through a blue-sky implementation landscape navigating uncertainty and change, backing your expertise and knowledge of the product. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated by the opportunity to build a legacy. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. Meet Your Future Team: The ERP and Corporate Applications team is in the Technology vertical of Arc’teryx. You will be in the same team as other product managers, who partner with business teams to enable technology as a key ally in meeting their enterprise strategic targets. As part of this team, you would be collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders across the critical business functions of the organization like supply chain, design, people and culture among others. This is a new team with a fresh mandate to implement best-in-class digital adoption practices in the company.
