Job description Join Our Team as a Data Coordinator! As a Data Coordinator in our Packaging Team, you will build, manage, and optimize our packaging database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the entire organization. You’ll also serve as the technical reference for implementing our Product Information Management (PIM) systems, helping improve the tools and processes that support packaging material management. This role is key to strengthening data reliability, streamlining operations, and enabling smarter decision‑making in a fast‑evolving environment. Your passion – our daily business Design and build the packaging database, including structure, fields, and relationships. Enter, update, and maintain technical specifications, prices, and material data. Ensure data quality through validation, integrity checks, and full traceability. Define data organization and publication workflows within PIM systems. Lead projects for the implementation and continuous improvement of PIM tools. Suggest enhancements to software and programs used for packaging data management. Ensure smooth data interconnection across procurement, logistics, quality, and sustainability teams. Train internal teams on database usage and PIM functionalities. Serve as the reference point for data‑related inquiries and process questions. Coordinate with various departments to understand needs and ensure information consistency. Collect accurate data from packaging suppliers and manage ongoing collaboration. Validate information received from suppliers and oversee correct integration into the database. Keep packaging specifications and prices updated in alignment with external partners. Requirements What you’ll bring along Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong language and communication skills: bilingual Spanish and advanced English. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally working with PIM systems and information‑management tools (databases). Solid understanding of data management; basic knowledge of packaging processes and applicable regulations is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and medium‑level SQL proficiency; Power BI is a plus. High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A technical and analytical mindset, with a proactive and tech‑curious attitude. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and humility. Highly organized, with a global vision and the ability to understand how data interconnects across processes to ensure coherence.
