🌎 Location: Remote in Europe. If you’re based in Estonia, you’re welcome to work from our offices in Tallinn or Tartu.

💰 Compensation: 60,000 - 72,000 EUR gross annually, based on your experience and seniority level.

💡 About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a DevOps Engineer who loves crafting reliable infrastructure and smooth automation. You’ll help our systems scale, make deployments effortless, and keep everything running seamlessly from dev to production.

This role is perfect for engineers who love automating things and enjoy creating solutions that are not just functional but elegant and easy to maintain.

✍️ As a DevOps Engineer at Xolo, you will:

  • Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Maven and AWS.
  • Move our build and runtime environment to run on Kubernetes and Github Actions.
  • Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters with an eye on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage Prometheus and Loki monitoring, alerting, and logging systems that make problems visible before they happen.
  • Develop new workflows with developers to create new development, test and production workflows, like “environments à la carte” for PR-based testing.
  • Drive AI-powered automation and self-healing infrastructure initiatives.
  • Get your hands dirty, build things that just work and make the system better every day.

🧩 What makes you a great fit?

  • Have hands-on experience as a DevOps / Platform / Infrastructure Engineer in a product company.
  • Proven track record of close collaboration with software engineering teams
  • Know AWS inside-out (IAM, networking, automation, etc.).
  • Fluent in Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Github Actions.
  • Understand how Java-based apps run and scale in the cloud.
  • Have a builder’s mindset.
  • Experience building scalable and reliable systems.
