About CodeRabbit

CodeRabbit is an innovative research and development company focused on building extraordinarily productive human-machine collaboration systems. Our primary goal is to create the next generation of Gen AI-driven code reviewers: a symbiotic partnership between humans and advanced algorithms that significantly outperforms individual engineers. We combine language models with human ingenuity to push the boundaries of software development efficiency and quality.

The Role

We’re hiring a Director of Marketing for the EMEA Region to own and build our field and account based marketing motion in the region.

This is a foundational role. You won’t inherit a team or a fully built playbook—you’ll create it along with your global counterparts. There’s a clear path to grow a team over time, but day one is about planning and executing exceptional events and ABM initiatives that drive the pipeline.

If you like owning outcomes, working closely with Sales, and running high-quality, high-impact programs—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own field marketing in EMEA, with a focus on events that generate real pipeline

  • Plan and execute:

    • Boutique, high-touch ABM events for target enterprise accounts

    • Industry events and sponsorships in core markets

  • Partner tightly with Sales on who to target, where to show up, and how to win

  • Ensure events don’t just happen—they convert into pipeline and revenue

  • Run everything end-to-end: strategy, logistics, vendors, follow-up, reporting

  • Continuously improve what we do—better events, better targeting, better ROI

  • Help lay the groundwork to scale the function and build a team over time

Who You Are

  • Organized and reliable — you don’t drop balls, even when things get busy

  • Strategic and practical — you understand what matters, and you execute on it

  • Great to work with — Sales trusts you, and you make teams better
High energy — you show up with ownership and momentum

  • Self-motivated — you don’t wait for direction; you create it

  • High standards — you care about quality and take pride in your work

  • Hard-working — you’re willing to do the work to get great outcomes

  • Experienced — you’ve run field marketing and events in EMEA before

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in field marketing, events, or demand gen

  • Strong experience with ABM-style events + industry events

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline through field programs

  • Experience working closely with B2B Sales teams

  • Comfortable operating in a build-from-scratch environment

  • Willing to travel across EMEA

Why This Role

  • You’ll own EMEA field and ABM marketing—not just contribute to it

  • You’ll have a clear path to build a team

  • Your work will directly impact pipeline and revenue

  • You’ll set the bar for how we show up in-market
