The Role
We’re looking for an Enterprise BDR to drive outbound pipeline and establish our presence in the German market.
As an early hire in the region, you’ll take ownership of pipeline generation, enterprise account engagement, and market development.
You’ll operate hands-on while helping define how we scale outbound in Germany.
What you’ll do:
- Own outbound pipeline generation: targeting, messaging, sequencing, and execution.
- Build and refine outbound strategies tailored to the German market.
- Qualify inbound leads and align with account-level initiatives.
- Drive opportunity creation across outreach, referrals, and events.
- Execute enterprise prospecting workflows: account mapping, multi-threading, and stakeholder navigation.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Partner closely with AEs on account planning and pipeline progression.
