Description
Switchboard is seeking an Executive Admin on behalf of our client, a successful local restauranteur and entrepreneur with multiple thriving businesses. If you've lived the restaurant life — the pace, the pivots, the "figure it out now" energy — and you're ready to trade the nights, weekends, and holidays for a role that actually uses everything you learned, this one's worth a serious look.
This is a full-time, on-site position supporting a high-energy operator who moves fast and expects the people around them to do the same. You'll touch everything from invoicing and vendor communications to general administrative support — and no two days will look exactly alike. The right person isn't just organized; they're sharp, responsive, and genuinely energized by a dynamic environment.
