About the Role

As a Financial Analyst in the Treasury Department, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s daily liquidity operations, payment reconciliations, and financial controls. You will ensure accurate cash flow monitoring, timely transaction processing, and compliance with internal and external financial standards in a dynamic fintech environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and is eager to contribute to scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and maintain optimal liquidity levels
• Support cash flow management and liquidity forecasting
• Assist in the preparation of treasury reports
• Perform daily reconciliations of payment transactions and bank statements
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support the finance team in day-to-day financial operations
• Manage and maintain accurate and complete financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve to improve processes

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of treasury operations, cash flow management, and financial reconciliation processes
• Experience working with banking systems, payment platforms, or financial data
• Ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes and workflows
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Russian language proficiency is required, and a good command of English is essential
• Experience in fintech, payments, EMI, PSP, or banking environments is considered an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
