We are hiring on behalf of our client who is a high-growth financial technology firm focused on the next generation of digital dollar infrastructure. Backed by premier venture capital firms, including Paradigm and Dragonfly, the organization is building a full-service platform designed to make issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless for developers, fintechs, and global institutions.
The organization operates with the discipline of a high-performance finance team and the agility of a crypto-native startup. To support their expanding global footprint, the firm is seeking a FinOps Analyst. This individual will play a vital role in delivering best-in-class operations across product lines, spanning asset issuance, reconciliation, and strategic projects.
This is a hands-on role requiring a high bar for excellence, an instinct for questioning assumptions, and the drive to take ownership of complex, high-impact workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Execute stablecoin issuance and OTC settlement workflows, including mint/burn processes, wire verification, and inventory management, in strict accordance with established operational controls.
- Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform comprehensive daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain transactions, processing platforms, and banking records to ensure total accuracy and timely escalation of discrepancies.
- Customer Operations: Manage customer and counterparty inquiries during Asia business hours to facilitate seamless 24/7 global operations.
- Data Management: Maintain and optimize operational trackers, checklists, and reporting dashboards to ensure visibility and repeatability of key workflows.
- Technical Analysis: Assist with on-chain data analysis utilizing tools such as Dune Analytics, Etherscan, and Google Sheets/Apps Script.
- Process Optimization: Continually identify process gaps, propose scalable improvements, and document standard operating procedures as the product suite evolves.
- Stakeholder Communication: Escalate exceptions or anomalies clearly and promptly to the regional FinOps Lead and relevant internal stakeholders.
