About the Role

SharkNinja, the company behind category defining products like the Ninja Creami and Shark FlexStyle, is on a mission to transform how people experience everyday household products. We are looking for a curious and driven Consumer Insights Analyst to join our London based team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of SharkNinja products. Sitting at the heart of New Product Development and Innovation, this role ensures the consumer voice is embedded throughout the entire product development journey, from early opportunity identification through to concept development, optimisation, and go to market.

You will work closely with Product Development, Design, and Marketing teams to turn insight into action and help create products that genuinely improve everyday life. What You Will Do

Design and execute qualitative and quantitative consumer research to uncover consumer needs, behaviours, and whitespace opportunities.
Develop research tools including surveys, discussion guides, stimuli, interview frameworks, and research plans with strong methodological rigour.
Conduct one to one interviews across in home, virtual, and phone based settings, with opportunities to moderate focus groups over time.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and external research agencies to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Communicate timelines, risks, findings, and recommendations clearly across cross functional teams.
Translate complex data and research findings into clear, compelling insights and actionable business recommendations.
Identify emerging consumer, cultural, and category trends and connect these insights to future product opportunities.
Act as a strategic partner to Product Development, Design, and Marketing teams throughout the innovation process.
Contribute to planning sessions, workshops, and key business decision making forums.
Manage multiple research projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and strategic focus.
Champion the consumer voice across the organisation to ensure insights are understood and embedded into decision making.

What You Will Bring

Strong understanding of both qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise data into clear insights, implications, and recommendations.
Experience creating engaging presentations, reports, and storytelling that influence business decisions.
Comfortable working within fast paced and ambiguous environments, particularly within innovation or early stage development settings.
A proactive and solutions focused mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and incomplete information.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and strong working relationships across teams.
Curiosity, empathy, and a genuine passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in consumer research across qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Experience within CPG, consumer durables, or product led businesses preferred.
Hands on experience conducting one to one interviews, with exposure to or interest in moderating focus groups.
Experience working with external research agencies and cross functional teams.
A second European language such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
