We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team and build the AI-native go-to-market stack at Contentoo. In this role, you'll combine code, automation, and AI agents to turn our pipeline-generation engine into something most B2B SaaS companies haven't even started building yet.
You'll work closely with Marian (Ops), Penny (Content), the Sales team, and Thomas (VP GTM) to design, build, and ship the systems that move prospects from signal to meeting, automatically. This role is ideal for a builder who wants to sit at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and sales, and who's excited about applying AI agents to the work itself, not just talking about them.
Welcome to Contentoo
At Contentoo, we help businesses grow through exceptional content, scaling creation and localisation globally. We build workflows with AI agents and human content experts inside enterprise marketing teams to fix the bottlenecks that bigger budgets and more headcount don't solve.
We support clients like Shopify, Venn, Action, and Sendcloud with a tech-enabled approach that leverages our platform, AI agents, and human content experts to make content easy for everyone involved.
Our ambition is to run our own GTM the way we deliver content for our customers: orchestrated by AI agents, with humans where judgement matters. This role is how we get there.
Our company culture values authenticity, teamwork, and challenging the status quo.
What you'll do:
Build signal-driven outbound systems that detect intent (job changes, funding, hires, ad activity, content launches) and trigger personalised outreach
Operate Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, and similar tools as building blocks, not as black boxes
Design enrichment pipelines that keep our ICP and target accounts continuously updated
Stand up programmatic ABM at 1:1 and 1:few scale without 1:1 effort
Build internal AI agents that handle prep work, research, lead scoring, and routing across HubSpot and Slack
Eat our own dog food: deploy AI agents in our GTM that mirror what we sell to customers
Prototype quickly with n8n, Make, or custom code, and productionise what works
Own data quality across HubSpot, our data warehouse, and the wider stack
Build attribution, scoring, and routing systems that Sales and Marketing can trust
Reduce speed-to-lead and friction in handoffs through automation
Run structured experiments on new channels, signals, and AI-driven plays
Document what works, kill what doesn't, scale what compounds
What you'll bring
3+ years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, MarOps, or a technical role with a commercial bent (you've shipped automation or tooling that directly touched pipeline)
Comfortable with APIs and at least one of: Python, SQL, JavaScript. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you can read and write code to glue systems together
Hands-on with at least some of: Clay, Apollo, Smartlead, Instantly, n8n, Make, Zapier
Deep HubSpot knowledge: workflows, custom properties, association logic, reporting
Comfortable with AI tooling: prompting, building agents, integrating LLMs into workflows
A clear point of view on what AI does well in GTM, and what it doesn't
You think in funnels, conversion rates, and unit economics, not in features or campaigns
You ship. You'd rather have something running in production by Friday than a perfect plan in a doc by Tuesday
Sceptical of hype. You can tell the difference between an AI tool that actually works and one that demos well
What you’ll get
Coaching from the CCO and VP GTM
Hybrid / remote-friendly working
25 paid holidays
Monthly Alleo budget
Solid pension plan
Daily lunch and drinks
All the office and home-working supplies you need
Our culture
Be part of a growing scale-up of ~30 international team members, and grow together with us. Our cultural pillars are:
Human. You add value with a personal touch.
Authentic. You are open and honest.
Inventive. You proactively find ways to do better.
Vibrant. You add a splash of colour.
Teamwork is at the core of our success, and we celebrate together: on a boat tour, over lunch, on our rooftop terrace, or during a friendly FIFA or Mario Kart match in the lounge.
A day in the life
Your Monday starts with a coffee and the GTM stand-up. You sync with Marian (Ops), Patrick (Sales Lead), and Thomas (VP GTM) on this week's priorities: a new signal-based outbound play we're testing, a HubSpot routing fix, and a custom enrichment workflow for our German ICP.
You spend the morning shipping a new Clay table that joins LinkedIn job-change signals to recent funding events, scoring the result, and pushing the top accounts straight into Smartlead with personalised first-line copy from a GPT-driven step. By lunch, you've got the first cohort sequenced.
After lunch, you debug a HubSpot workflow that's been misrouting inbound demo requests. Quick fix, clean test, deployed. Then you pair with Penny on automating the distribution of next week's report to a tight target list.
Before wrapping up, you sit in on the AE pipeline review and walk through which signals produced meetings this week. Then you spec out next week's experiment in a short doc and head to the rooftop with the rest of the team.
Sounds good? We're looking forward to your application! If you're excited about this role but don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you, diversity of experience matters to us :)
