GTM / Founders Associate Intern (Visa Sponsorship)

As a GTM Intern / Founder’s Associate at Spherecast, you will work directly with the founding team to support our GTM motion, from cold outreach and sales operations to GTM engineering, founding team support, and event execution. The internship ideally starts in mid-June and runs through the end of September. A slightly later start may be possible, but availability until late September is important. There is also the possibility of a full-time offer if you are stellar.

Spherecast works with some of the fastest-growing consumer brands, including AG1, Feastables, and HOLY Energy. We are backed by Y Combinator and world-class operators, including the founder & CEO of Celonis.

This is an intense, hands-on role with real ownership for someone who wants to be close to the action: identifying the right brands, reaching out across various channels, supporting live sales processes, and helping us turn Spherecast into the system that powers how consumer goods move through the world.

You’ll also help plan and execute Sphereworld, our exclusive CPG supply chain leadership forum in New York, bringing together operators, executives, investors, and AI builders to discuss how AI will move supply chains from manual coordination to intelligent orchestration.

If you’re a hard-working, high-agency operator who wants to spend an intense summer learning GTM from the inside, working directly with the founding team, and helping build the next generation of CPG supply chains, this is your opportunity.

What we’re looking for

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Insane work ethic: You are excited to go all in for three months and do what it takes.

  • High agency and ownership: When something needs to happen, you figure it out instead of waiting for perfect instructions.

  • Strong communication skills: You can write clearly, speak confidently, and represent Spherecast well.

  • Interest in sales and GTM: You are curious about how great companies create pipeline, run outbound, close customers, and build relationships.

  • Comfort with outbound: You are willing to do what it takes to reach the right people: send emails, write LinkedIn messages, make cold calls, prepare gifts, maybe literally knock on cold doors if needed, and do the repetitive work that creates opportunities.

  • Operational discipline: You can keep track of many small moving pieces without letting things drop.

  • Creative energy: You can come up with ideas that make people pay attention, whether that is a better email, better gift, better invite, or better event detail.

  • Experience with GTM engineering or GTM tech stacks is a plus: Especially tools like Clay, enrichment tools, sequencing tools, or other systems that help outbound teams move faster.

  • Willingness to be on-site: You are excited to work from our office in San Francisco, with time in New York around Sphereworld.

What you’ll do

You will help us:

  • Run outbound across multiple channels and test creative ways to reach the right people.

  • Research and identify high-quality prospects across CPG, supply chain, operations, planning, procurement, and finance.

  • Support live sales processes, including account research, demo preparation, and deal support.

  • Build and improve outbound workflows using GTM tools, AI tools, enrichment tools, and sequencing tools.

  • Support personalized campaigns and high-attention touches that help us stand out.

  • Help plan and execute Sphereworld, from invite strategy and prospect research to logistics, event operations, and follow-up.

  • Take on founding team support across GTM, ops, customer research, events, and whatever else needs to get done.

  • Spend real time with the team in the office, learn our market deeply, and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

What we offer

  • Direct exposure to the founding team: You will work closely with the people building Spherecast and see how decisions are made in real time.

  • Real GTM ownership: You will contribute to outbound, sales processes, GTM systems, and event execution, not just shadow from the sidelines.

  • A front-row seat to AI-native supply chains: You will learn how modern CPG brands think about planning, operations, inventory, and growth.

  • A serious event to help build: You will help plan and execute Sphereworld, our CPG supply chain leadership forum in New York.

This will be an intense summer in San Francisco and New York: You will learn fast, work hard, and have an incredible time doing it. We are a very close team, care deeply about company culture, and take pride in the people we bring into Spherecast. If you want to spend a summer around ambitious, high-agency people building something massive, we would be excited to have you with us. And again, company culture is one of our most important values, and we are excited to have you join the ride!!

About Spherecast

Spherecast is building Agnes, the AI Supply Chain Manager for CPG brands.

Agnes turns planning and simulation into autonomous execution across purchases, transfers, and production. It helps brands decide what to produce, where to make it, and how to move it across factories, warehouses, and channels. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, manual planning, and extra headcount, teams can simulate thousands of options and execute the best plan.

Oracle turned atoms into bits. Spherecast turns bits back to atoms, but globally optimized.
