Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Develop and implement the overall sales strategy.

  • Leadership: Organize and manage the daily operations of the sales department.

  • Performance: Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze the system integration market and monitor key competitors’ activities.

  • CRM & Data: Systematize, analyze, and update the client database.

  • Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel and conversion rates to improve team performance.

  • Key Account Management: Participate in negotiations with key stakeholders and high-value clients.

  • People Development: Conduct employee evaluations, build training programs, and foster professional growth.

  • Reporting: Analyze sales volumes and prepare performance reports for senior management.

  • Workflow: Maintain high standards of data entry and management within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Managerial Experience: 3–5 years of leadership experience, ideally within the System Integration sector.

  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in the corporate segment (Enterprise, B2B, and B2G).

  • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the specifics of selling IT solutions and services.

  • People Management: Ability to motivate and develop a team, measure results, and ensure goal attainment.

Soft Skills:

  • Independence: Self-sufficiency, high level of self-organization, and a result-oriented mindset.

  • Accountability: A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to professional duties in modern conditions. We look for individuals who consistently deliver on their tasks.
