Role Overview

We are seeking multiple Health & Safety Advisors to join our team. Applications are welcome from candidates currently based in Europe.

In this role, you will ensure all projects are delivered safely and to the highest standards, working closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors across multiple sites. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical European projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive health and safety best practices across multiple projects
  • Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
  • Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to implement robust safe systems of work
  • Monitor H&S performance and report findings to senior management
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
  • Promote a positive safety culture across all projects and teams
