Mobile Locker is a fast-growing international company offering smart locker solutions at festivals, events, and permanent locations across Europe.

For our support team, we are looking for a Hotline Agent to assist customers by phone and help ensure a smooth and professional service.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls via the Hotline
  • Supporting customers with the use of lockers (payments, malfunctions, access, etc.)
  • Analysing and resolving technical or operational issues remotely
  • Escalating more complex issues to the right team or person
  • Contributing ideas to improve service and flagging recurring problems
  • Working in a shift system (including evenings, nights, and weekends where applicable)
