Our growth is driving us to strengthen our People (HR) team to manage HR data and social reporting at a European scale. Your mission will be to structure, formalize, and leverage HR data as a strategic decision-making lever in order to ensure the economic steering of the HR function and provide actionable insights for the CHRO and Executive Committee (CODIR). YOUR FUTURE TEAM We work in a collaborative and international environment where the diversity of Scalers, combined with a spirit of sharing, helps bring new projects to life every day, advancing our ambitions together. You will be part of a team of 20 people. You will act as a key interface between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure a unique "source of truth" for headcount and payroll data. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE Tasks Social Management Control: Co-construct the annual HR budget (payroll, social charges, recruitment costs) with the Finance team (CFO/FP&A). Budgetary Steering: Perform monthly gap analysis between budget and actuals, alerting the CHRO to variances and proposing re-baselining. Mass Salary Projections: Model short and medium-term salary projections including compensation reviews and hiring plans across European entities. HR Dashboards: Design and maintain automated reporting on KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement for the leadership team. Legal Reporting: Lead the production of the Social Report, BDESE, and Gender Equality Index in compliance with French and European regulations. People Analytics: Develop predictive models (attrition risk, engagement correlation) and workforce planning scenarios to support growth. HRIS Quality: Audit and standardize HR data across European systems to ensure consistency with financial ERP tools. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary HR contact for Finance during due diligences and board-level budget presentations. Process Optimization: Implement Lean Management principles to automate manual reporting and improve data reliability. Technology Watch: Stay updated on BI, HRIS, and AI tools applied to HR analytics and financial planning. ABOUT YOU HARDSKILLS: HR Data Expertise: Mastery of Social Management Control mechanisms (budgeting, payroll projection, social charges). Analytical Tools: Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas) and mastery of BI/Dataviz tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Data Languages: Proficiency in SQL for manipulating complex datasets (Python or R is a plus). HRIS & ERP Knowledge: Experience with tools like Lucca, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with financial systems. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with European legal reporting (Salary Transparency Directive, BDESE, Gender Equality Index). Languages: Native-level French and fluent English for international coordination. SOFT SKILLS: Rigueur & Detail-Oriented: Absolute precision in financial reporting and data modeling. Vulgarization: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders. Finance-HR Partnering: Capacity to "speak the language of Finance" while upholding the HR vision. Proactivity & Autonomy: Self-driven to identify data issues and propose automated solutions.
