  1. Support the HR team in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  2. Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
  3. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  4. Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
  5. Support the performance management process by assisting with the preparation of performance appraisal materials and tracking performance evaluation timelines.
  6. Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and tracking employee participation.
  7. Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
  8. Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
  9. Support employee relations efforts by addressing basic employee inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
  10. Stay up-to-date with HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

HR Intern Required Skills

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with employees at all levels of the organization.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  3. Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks.
  4. Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, HRIS, or other HR software.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, establish rapport with employees, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  6. Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
