Descripci贸n del Puesto:
Iberica busca un Manager de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos. Como Manager de Recursos Humanos lideraras y gestionaras todos los procesos de selecci贸n, as铆 como las diferentes iniciativas formativas.
Reclutamiento y Selecci贸n:
- Garantizar y coordinar todo el proceso de contrataci贸n con la direcci贸n y el proceso de incorporaci贸n de los nuevos empleados, creando alianzas claves para la b煤squeda de personal
Formaci贸n y Desarrollo:
- Definici贸n y ejecuci贸n de la estrategia de formaci贸n y desarrollo
脕rea Laboral y Administraci贸n de Personal:
- Coordinaci贸n con la asesor铆a externa para la elaboraci贸n de n贸minas, altas, bajas y modificaciones contractuales
- Informe y reporte mensual al Equipo Directivo
Ib茅rica is looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our HR team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead and manage all recruitment processes, as well as the different training initiatives.
Recruitment and Selection:
- Ensure and coordinate the entire hiring process with management, as well as the onboarding process for new employees, building key partnerships for talent sourcing.
Training and Development:
- Define and implement the training and development strategy.
Labour Relations and Personnel Administration:
- Coordinate with the external consultancy regarding payroll, employee registrations and terminations, and contractual modifications.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Management Team.
