Role: Implementation Manager
Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.
Salary: DOE, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

What you’ll be doing?
· Supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives, including partnership onboarding and operational change
· Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure readiness for implementation
· Maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards
· Supporting due diligence activities by gathering data, documenting findings, and identifying operational impacts
· Assisting with the development of communication and change management plans
· Tracking progress against milestones and escalate risks or issues as needed
· Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
· Preparing clear reports and updates for senior stakeholders
Who are we looking for?
· Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
· Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
· Clear communicator, able to summarise complex information effectively
· Experience supporting strategic programmes, partnerships, or operational change
· Experience producing RAID logs, dashboards, and reports
· Familiarity with OKRs, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and benefits tracking
· Delivery‑focused, organised, and proactive approach
· Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
· Adaptable and comfortable working at pace
· Collaborative and supportive working style
