Influencer Marketing Specialist
As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will own and execute influencer campaigns end-to-end within the Canadian market, playing a key role in turning creator content into a scalable growth channel. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working directly with creators to drive measurable business outcomes. What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from initial creator briefing to final performance reporting.
Recruit, negotiate, and manage creators across all tiers to ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines and budgets.
Partner with Creative and Performance teams to ensure influencer content is optimized for both organic and paid channels.
Execute paid amplification processes, such as whitelisting and Spark Ads, to maximize the reach of high-performing content.
Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, and ROI) to provide actionable insights and improve future campaign efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of hands-on experience managing influencer marketing campaigns in an execution-driven environment.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build professional, long-term relationships with creators and agencies.
A deep understanding of how influencer marketing integrates into the wider marketing funnel and drives conversion.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
