About the role:

Working as an Information Management Analyst, you will support a key client by enabling effective access, governance, and use of information across the organisation.

You will play a pivotal role within the Information Management team, collaborating with project teams, operations, and digital specialists to embed standardised, compliant, and efficient ways of working. Acting as a focal point between delivery teams and Risk & Assurance, you will help ensure information is managed effectively across its lifecycle.

This role combines operational delivery, governance, and digital enablement — supporting enterprise document management platforms, improving data quality, and enhancing how information is structured, accessed, and used to support decision-making.

As the Information Management Analyst, you will:

  • Provide operational support for enterprise document management systems (e.g. Assai, Controlled Library, SharePoint-based platforms)
  • Support document control practices including metadata, classification, and lifecycle management
  • Assist with migrations from legacy systems and shared drives into approved enterprise platforms
  • Identify and remediate duplicate, obsolete, or non-compliant content
  • Apply and reinforce Information Management standards, governance, and procedures
  • Support audits, reporting, and health checks of IM practices
  • Act as a point of contact for IM queries, providing guidance and user support
  • Support training delivery, user guides, and adoption activities to drive engagement
  • Contribute to IMaaS delivery activities, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
