INTEGRATOR (Solutions)

This role exists to bridge the gap between our high-volume loyalty commerce solutions and the world’s biggest travel brands, and we need someone hungry to own the technical integration from start to finish rather than just following a ticket.

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for the technical handshake between Plusgrade and our global airline and cruise partners, ensuring our ancillary revenue platforms sit perfectly within their existing digital ecosystems. Your day involves building and maintaining user interfaces for offer submissions and administrative tools while configuring complex business rules directly within our systems and databases. Since AI agents and automations are becoming a routine part of our delivery workflow, you will use these tools to handle recurring tasks like draft generation and code formatting, allowing you to focus on the high-leverage architectural logic. You own the outcome of every integration, from the precise design of partner email templates to the data integrity of the SQL queries that power them.

What You Bring

• You are a technician who thinks like a partner, using your proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Git to build clean, maintainable interfaces that feel native to the brands we serve.

• You don't wait for a manual to tell you how to fix a data discrepancy, you dive into the SQL databases and JSON or XML files to find the root cause yourself.

• You carry your weight in a fast-moving team and move with urgency, whether you are working independently on a partner launch or collaborating with the delivery team on a complex fix.

• You are proactive about investigation and have a high bar for detail, ensuring that every business rule and system configuration is bulletproof before it ever hits a production environment.

• When it comes to AI, you don't just use it, you've replaced recurring manual work with workflows you built and refined, and you can tell the difference between output you can trust and output that needs your judgment before it goes anywhere.
