We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially minded legal professional to lead brand protection and competitive legal strategy across our digital product portfolio.

You will use legal frameworks as an active business tool to shape the competitive landscape, protect brand integrity, and ensure our products operate in a controlled and defensible environment.

Working closely with leadership, you will identify vulnerabilities, enforce rights at scale, and build durable legal advantages across global digital markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce and defend intellectual property and trademark rights across apps, websites, funnels, creatives, naming, and visual identity
  

• Proactively identify and assess infringement patterns, imitation strategies, unfair competition practices, and reputation-related risks affecting our brands
  

• Design and execute high-impact enforcement strategies, including takedowns, platform complaints, cease-and-desist actions, and other legal mechanisms across digital ecosystems (app stores, hosting providers, online platforms, media, ad networks)

• Develop legal approaches that not only ensure formal compliance, but materially limit the ability of bad-faith actors to replicate, misrepresent, or undermine our products
  

• Apply legal frameworks to address misleading, harmful, or non-compliant third-party content affecting brand perception and user trust
  

• Increase the operational cost of non-compliance for infringing or opportunistic competitors through structured and consistent legal pressure
  

• Continuously monitor global markets to detect emerging risks, grey-area practices, and opportunities to strengthen our legal positioning

• Manage and coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions while maintaining strategic control internally
  

Qualifications

• Strong background in intellectual property, trademark law, and unfair competition, with practical experience in digital environments (apps, SaaS, e-commerce, or online services)
  

• Proven track record in enforcement actions, takedowns, dispute handling, and cross-platform complaints, including work with app stores, hosting providers, ad platforms, and content platforms
  

• Hands-on experience applying legal tools to protect brand reputation and address harmful or misleading third-party content
  

• Deep familiarity with US, UK and EU legal frameworks and enforcement practices; experience operating across these jurisdictions is essential.
  

• Comfortable operating with autonomy in fast-moving environments
  

• High level of discretion and sound professional judgment
  

• Excellent written and spoken English
  

• Experience working with international markets and cross-border enforcement is a strong advantage
