Role Purpose

Our Golf Range solutions are at the forefront of transforming how facilities engage players, combining performance tracking, gamification, and data insights to enhance both player development and commercial outcomes for range operators.

This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and business development, giving you hands-on experience in how innovative sports technology is deployed, adopted, and scaled in a live market.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Product & Engineering Collaboration

  • Develop a strong understanding of Rapsodo’s Golf Range technology (hardware + software) and how it performs in real-world environments
  • Support product testing, data validation, and performance analysis in live range settings
  • Work closely with global product and engineering teams by capturing user feedback, identifying issues, and contributing to product improvements
  • Assist in documenting product insights, feature requests, and raising tickets (e.g., JIRA) to support ongoing development

2. Business Development & Commercial Support

  • Support outreach and relationship-building with golf ranges, coaches, and partners
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to expand product usage and increase customer value
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across UK facilities

3. Product Adoption & Customer Experience

  • Assist with onboarding new range partners, including setup, calibration, and training
  • Support customers in maximizing the value of the product through usage insights and best practices
  • Help troubleshoot issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience both remotely and on-site

4. Marketing & Activation

  • Support product demonstrations, events, and on-site activations at golf ranges
  • Assist in showcasing the product’s value proposition to customers and partners
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and content opportunities tied to the Golf Range product

5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze product usage and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Feed insights back into product and commercial teams to support better decision-making
  • Stay up to date with trends in golf technology, player development, and range innovation
